On 23rd August 2025 (Saturday), Suresh Sir had the honour of being felicitated by the Ex-Mayor of Latur District, Honourable Deepak Shool, and Shri Sailesh Tilak, the great-grandson of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, during the Sub Junior State Judo Championship.

He was recognized for his remarkable international achievements, most recently in July 2025 at Almaty, Kazakhstan, and for his valuable contribution to Judo — an Olympic sport.

It was a proud and inspiring moment, witnessed by many young athletes and esteemed dignitaries.
